1 About this Sprint

2 Sprint Goals

  • Summarise the course
  • Ensure that grades are reported
  • Draw up plans for the future

3 Experiential Learning

3.1 TODO Summarise your Assignments

Go through your submitted assignments. Make sure you have submitted them all and have received feedback on all of them.

Make sure that the feedback makes sense. If not, ask for clarifications.

Once you are done, send an e-mail to the course responsible with a reminder that you have completed all assignments, and want your grade on the course officially reported. Please include your social security number (personnummer) for disambiguation purposes.

3.2 TODO Summarise your Readings

Reflect upon the articles that you have read. What have you learnt? What would you like to know more about?

Use the university’s online resouces while you still have access to them to search for and download articles that you would like to read.

Make a list of articles (in the compendium or newly found) that you would like to read. Update your agile/lean backlog and add items to read these articles.

3.3 TODO Update Agile/Lean Backlog

Update your Agile/Lean backlog.

  • Purge the [completed] course sprints from the backlog.

Reflect upon what you have learnt.

  • What can you take with you into your own organisation?
  • What do you need to learn more about?

Add backlog items to answer your remaining questions.

Reflect upon how you can change your current ways of working.

  • What benefits and/or liabilities do you see in transitioning your organisation to agile/lean?
  • How can you transition your organisation into an agile/lean mindset?
  • Whom do you need to influence in your organisation in order to begin the transition?

Add backlog items to begin the agile/lean transformation.

(Re-)prioritise your backlog.

3.4 TODO Fill in Course Evaluation

Complete the course evaluation. You are also welcome to send e-mails with more detailed feedback to the course responsibles. Should you wish to be anonymous, you are welcome to use regular post.

3.5 TODO Recruit New Students

You are our best marketing platform. If you liked this course, please tell others about it.

3.6 TODO Keep in Touch

We would love to hear if and how you are able to use this course to improve your current way of working. Please send us an e-mail if you have questions or just want someone to throw ideas at. If you, in retrospect, find topics that we ought to cover in the course, please tell us.

4 Sprint Acceptance Tests

You are done with this sprint when

  • you have completed all the course assignments, and sent an e-mail to the course responsible requesting your grades to be reported.
  • you have updated your agile/lean backlog so that you are prepared to go forward from this course.
