1 Assignment Title Page

All assignments are expected to have a title page with the following information:

Title: <assignment document title>
Sub-title: “Assignment in the course <course code><course name>”
Date
Authors and Author Contribution

Add a table with all authors, their social security numbers, and the share in percent that the author has contributed in thinking (discussing, reasoning, etc.) and in actually writing the submitted assignment document.
